was founded in 1929, Epsilon Sigma Alpha International is a leadership / service organization that offers members the information, personal assistance, and supportive programs, needed to develop confidence and competence to go forth and impact the world in a positive way. 
 

Our goal  is to inspire leadership and service by bringing good people together to pursue programs and projects that make a positive difference.  

Through a network of 1100 chapters in the U.S. and abroad, an ESA member has the opportunity to form life-long friendships and share the power to make a difference. That difference is felt close to home and in far-reaching ways by membership participation in community service and major philanthropic projects.

To help members become their personal best; ESA International will provide leadership training, seminars, educational programs, and the challenge to develop individual strengths. Your fellow ESA members will help you reach your goals. That’s what ESA is all about.
