Indiana’s goal is to strive for leadership, and service by bringing people together to pursue programs and projects which make a positive difference. ESA has a network of chapters in the United States of America and aboard that share the power of life-long friendships which make a difference at home and in other countries with the membership taking part in community service and philanthropic projects. ESA helps its members become the BEST they can be; ESA International provides leadership skills and training with seminars, educational programs, and challenges it members to develope individual strengths.
