The Alpha Zeta: Fort Wayne Chapter is hosting 2026 “Cruisin’ Along with ESA” Spring Conference! It will be held on March 14, 2026 at the Roanoke American Legion. Join the Beta Phi: Rockville chapter for their annual Thanksgiving Dinner fundraiser on Wednesday, November 19 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Rockville Elks Lodge #2471! Tickets are $12 and can be purchased in advance from any Beta Phi member or at the door. Dinner will include turkey & noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, drink (tea or bottled water), and dessert.
Deliver and carryout will be available! For Delivery Orders: Call Cindy Norman at 765-592-0408 by Tuesday, November 18. All funds raised will go towards Indiana ESA’s state and international philanthropic projects, as well as local Rockville needs.
Volunteers are needed to host the Every Child Deserves Riley Booth on behalf of Riley Children’s Foundation. During your shift, you will host the booth where attendees can learn more about the Every Child Deserves Riley campaign (with provided literature), accept donations for Riley Children’s Foundation in Riley buckets at the booth, and add their name to a snowflake or other winter themed paper to show their support for Riley Kids provided by RCF for guests. Each shift will have 2 volunteers. There may or may not be a member of RCF staff present during your shift. Before or after your shift, you are welcome to attend the event and shop, there is no cost for your admission. We appreciate your support!
Join us for Fall Conference 2025: A Journey Harvesting Hope hosted by Chi Omicron: Avon! Fall Conference will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Avon. Registration is $30, and registration will open at 9 am with Conference beginning at 10 am. Ways & Means tables will be $3. Chi Omicron will be collecting donations for Our Shepherd Food Pantry.

The conference will take place at the Embassy Suites Hotel Milwaukee Brookfield. Join Beta Phi: Rockville for their annual Cruise-In on July 26, 2025 from 5-8 pm at Beechwood Park! Cars, trucks, motorcycles, rat rods, and Jeeps are all welcome! Join the Gamma Pi: Indianapolis chapter at their annual Purse Bingo Benefiting Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation on May 1, 2025 at the Greenwood Moose Lodge #2079! Hosted by Eta Pi: Fishers, the 83rd Annual State Convention will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn: Indianapolis Airport from June 20 – June 22, 2025. We are thrilled to celebrate President Kary’s year with you! Convention will be held June 20-22, 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport.
