Beta Phi, Rockville is selling tickets for a Vera Bradley bags raffle! Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5 for a chance to win a Vera Bradley Large Travel Duffle Bag in Butterfly By and a Large Cosmetic Bag in Navy! Gamma Pi Bowling Night for Camp Riley

Beta Phi Thanksgiving Dinner Fundraiser

Join Beta Phi, Rockville for a Thanksgiving Dinner fundraiser! For $8, enjoy a meal of turkey & noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, a drink, and dessert at the Rockville Elks Lodge #2471. Carryout will be available, and tickets can be purchased in advance from any Beta Phi member or at the door. All proceeds will go towards St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Camp Riley, Anna’s Celebration of Life, and local philanthropic endeavors.

2021 MARC Conference

The 2021 MARC Conference “A Medley of Leadership Lyrics & Laughter” will be held in Wichita, KS on October 8-9! The hotel is the Hyatt Regency Wichita and the rate is $109 per night plus tax, with complimentary self-parking and wi-fi. Fall Conference 2021: ESA Pitching In To Help Others!

Fall Conference 2021 will be hosted by Alpha Zeta, Fort Wayne on October 2, 2021 at the Roanoke American Legion Post 160 (1122 N. Main St, Roanoke, IN 46783). Registration and setup will begin at 9:30 am, the meeting will begin at 10:30 am. Registration fee is $20, and a Ways & Means table is $2. A room block is available at the Hampton Inn Fort Wayne – Southwest under the group name “ESA Fall Conference.” The room rate is $119 per night with two queen beds, and the cutoff date for booking is September 10. Eta Pi 10th Annual Golf Outing Benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Join Eta Pi, Fishers for their 10th Annual Golf Outing Benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on September 23 at the Ironwood Golf Club! Registration begins at 10:00 am and the shotgun start is at 11:00 am. Individual registration is $125 or a team is $500, and includes golf, cart, lunch, beverages, and dinner. An awards dinner at the Fishers American Legion Post 470 will immediately follow the round of golf. Registration and payment are due by September 9, 2021.

Sponsorship opportunities include a $150 hole sponsorship (name and logo placed on hole sign, in event program, on presentation at awards dinner, and on event website. Additional hole signs are $25 each) and a $250 contest sponsorship (name and logo on sign at 3 contest holes, in event program, on presentation at awards dinner, and on event website; recognition during awards dinner; and option for self-provided booth or item in golfer welcome bag. Beta Phi, Rockville Ride for the Kids Poker Run

Join Beta Phi, Rockville for their Ride for the Kids Poker Run benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on September 18! Registration will begin at 10:00 am at the Thirty-Six Saloon in Rockville, with kickstands up at 12:00 pm! Costs are $20 per bike, $5 for an additional rider, and $5 for each poker hand. The prize for the winning poker hand is 50% of the poker game total!
