Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation: Anna’s 18 Hole Challenge

Volunteer with Anna’s Celebration of Life at the Anna’s 18 Hole Challenge on August 15 at the Country Club of Indianapolis!

  • Course Setup: Individuals volunteering for Course Set Up should be active and able to lift items up to 40 pounds. Volunteers will help set up the course prior to the outing which includes placing hole & cart signage as well as setting up & stocking bars and tents. Post hours are 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • Course Teardown: Individuals volunteering for Course Tear Down should be active and able to life items up to 40 pounds. Volunteers will help tear down the course after the play is complete which includes picking up hole & cart signage as well as tearing down and returning bar tents and products to the clubhouse. Post hours are 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
  • Hole Witness: Individuals volunteers for Hole Witness should be comfortable in the sun (although some shade is available). Volunteers will be seated at designated holes to serve as a witness to special contests such as Hole in One and the Putting Challenge. Volunteers can split shifts if needed. Post hours are Noon to 4:30 p.m.

Fall Conference 2024

The Alpha Zeta: Fort Wayne chapter invites you to Leave a Little Sparkle Wherever You go at Fall Conference 2024 on September 21 at the Roanoke American Legion Post 160! Registration will begin at 9:00 am with the meeting starting at 10:00 am. The registration fee is $20 and Ways & Means tables are $2. Registration is due by October 23, 2024. Wear your sparkles and please bring donations to benefit Erin’s House for Grieving Children Holiday Celebration (fun socks/hats/gloves/scarves-kid and adult sizes, $5 Starbucks gift cards, chapstick, play-doh, card games).

Indiana ESA Purse Bingo Benefiting Easterseals Crossroads

The Indiana State Council of Epsilon Sigma Alpha will be hosting a purse bingo on October 23, 2024 at the Greenwood Moose Lodge #2079! Doors will open at 5:30 pm and bingo will begin at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $30 and you must be 18+ in order to enter. To order tickets, email gammapigaming@gmail.com or call 317-840-0096. Cash, check, and Venmo are accepted. Food and drinks are available for purchase and only cash will be accepted on October 23, but there is an ATM on-site at the Moose Lodge. Eta Pi: Fishers 13th Annual Golf Outing Benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Join the Eta Pi: Fishers chapter and Fishers American Legion Post 470 at their 13th Annual Golf Outing Benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on September 19, 2024 at Ironwood Golf Club in Fishers! Registration will open at 9:00 am and golf will begin with a shotgun start at 10:00 am. Registration is $125 for an individual golfer and $500 for a foursome, and registration includes a golf cart, boxed lunch, beverages, and dinner. An awards dinner and silent auction will take place at the Fishers American Legion immediately following the round of golf.

Beta Phi: Rockville 19th Annual Cruise-In

Join the Beta Phi: Rockville chapter for their 19th Annual Cruise-In at Beechwood Park on US 41 South in Rockville on July 27, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm! Register your cars, trucks, motorcycles, and rat rods for $20, then enjoy food and drinks, door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and music and a DJ! Awards will be presented at 8:00 pm. All proceeds will benefit ESA’s and the Beta Phi chapter’s philanthropic projects.

The rain date is July 28, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

23rd Annual Nick Personett Memorial Golf Scramble Benefiting Camp Riley

The Beta Kappa and Delta Delta chapters of Seymour will be hosting the 23rd Annual Nick Personett Memorial Golf Scramble Benefiting Camp Riley on July 14, 2024 at Shadowood Golf Course in Seymour, Indiana. Lunch will be served at 12 pm at the pavilion with the scramble beginning with a shotgun start at 1 pm. Registration is $60 per person or $240 for a foursome. Hole Sponsorships are also available for $25, $50, and $100.

Nick Personett was a resident of Seymour and a longtime camper at Camp Riley, and his campership was sponsored by the Delta Delta chapter. Nick passed away at the age of 17 in 2004.

Eta Pi: Fishers Murder in Paradise Mystery Dinner Benefiting Anna’s Celebration of Life

Join Eta Pi: Fishers for their Annual Murder Mystery Dinner: Murder in Paradise benefitting Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation! Put on your detective hat, tropical shirt, and work with other guests to solve the murder mystery while enjoying a fantastic dinner on April 27 at 6:30 pm at the Fishers American Legion Post 470.

Every guest will be assigned the role of a character and will have a script to read at their table. You will will be seated at a table of either 6 or 8 people and will will work together with your to solve the mystery of who murdered our resort’s favorite gym instructor: Rex Marridges. Be careful–you could very will be the murderer!

Your $35 ticket includes the murder mystery, dinner, and activities! The dinner buffet will include champagne-sauce chicken, pasta with marinara or meat sauce, veggie side, salad, roll, and cheesecake dessert. Cash bar will be on site for purchase of alcoholic drinks. There will also be other activities and games throughout the night, so bring some extra cash to help raise money for Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation! State Convention 2024

Beta Phi: Rockville invites you to the 2024 Indiana State Convention at the Terre Haute Convention Center June 15-16, 2024! 2023-2024 Indiana State Council Members will need to attend the state board meeting on Friday, June 14, 2024. All other Indiana ESA members who are attending the whole weekend should plan on arriving Saturday, June 15, 2024.
