State Convention 2024

Beta Phi: Rockville invites you to the 2024 Indiana State Convention at the Terre Haute Convention Center June 15-16, 2024! Hotel reservations are available at the Hilton Garden Inn next door to the Convention Center on Wabash Avenue in Terre Haute, book a 2-queen bed suite for $169/night using the group code ESA24 or by calling 812-234-8900 & asking for a room in the ESA Convention Block.
Registration deadline and hotel deadline is May 15, 2024, and no refunds will be offered after May 23, 2024.

2023-2024 Indiana State Council Members will need to attend the state board meeting on Friday, June 14, 2024. All other Indiana ESA members who are attending the whole weekend should plan on arriving Saturday, June 15, 2024.
