What you should know about how to report philanthropic hours, miles, donated goods and donated monies:

When you are doing anything for CAMP RILEY, ST. JUDE, DISASTER FUND, EASTER SEALS, or IN THE NAME OF ESA it is important that you keep track of your time, miles, monies,etc.  In order for you and your chapter to receive awards that you have worked so hard for, you must KEEP GOOD RECORDS!

Please see the this form  to help you (2017-2018 Chapter Philanthropic Form PDF) log your time, miles, monies, etc. This form must be returned to DeOn Cahill 7966 Destry Place   Fishers, IN 46038 or by email:   Also don’t forget about the Monthly Philanthropic report due to your Chapter Philanthropic Chair:(ESA Individual Philanthropic Record).

REMINDER:  St. Jude & Easter Seals monies are NOT sent to the state Treasurer.

Philanthropic Q&A’s Revised

What is Indiana ESA’s purpose: To encourage and promote the philanthropic and service endeavors of the Chapters within the State; to encourage and promote educational and leadership development among the members; to aid in the organization of new chapters within the State; to encourage friendship and fellowship through member, chapter, State, regional, and International associations; and to do generally any and all things necessary to promote and fulfill the purposes and ideals of ESA International.
